You are getting the following error:
"An unexpected error has occurred: Request timed out."

The most typical reason for this is that the SQL instance specified does not exist or you do not have access to it. The service user specified during installation must be an administrator on the SQL server and must also be a member of the sysadmin role in SQL.

Recheck the SQL instance specified in the "BizTalk Group Registration" page. It is likely that there may be a typo or you are referencing an instance that does not exist.
